2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 Tbs olive oil or avocado oil
2 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp oregano
¼ tsp dried parsley
¼ tsp dried basil
⅛ tsp onion powder
Fresh herbs are great in place of dried seasoning, but it’s difficult to keep them stocked in your fridge regularly without them spoiling before you use them up. Having a pantry stocked with spices you enjoy is so helpful for throwing together last-minute meals that aren’t lacking on flavor.
